Nuestra historia

The window opened in 1998. The dough is still hand-rolled.

Marisol opened her window on SW 8th Street the year her mother passed, with one oven, a stand mixer, and the picadillo recipe she'd grown up watching get made on Sunday afternoons in Camaguey.

Today her sisters Luz and Beba run it with her. Luz handles the dough — she gets in at 4 a.m. and won't let anyone else touch the rolling pin. Beba runs the front and remembers your order from last week.

We don't deliver. We don't have an app. If you want one, walk over — it's better warm anyway.
